Our 48-Hour Service Guarantee
If something included in your quoted cleaning service has been missed, please contact us within 48 hours of the service being completed. We will review the issue and, where reasonable, arrange a return visit to correct the missed area.
To help us resolve the matter quickly, please provide clear details and photos of the area of concern.
What Our Guarantee Covers
Our service guarantee applies to cleaning tasks that were included in your confirmed quote or booking.
This may include genuine missed areas such as:
- Missed dusting or wiping of included surfaces
- Missed bathroom or kitchen cleaning tasks
- Missed floor cleaning in included areas
- Missed items from the agreed cleaning checklist
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
Our guarantee does not cover issues outside the agreed cleaning scope, including:
- Permanent stains, marks, discolouration, damage, wear and tear, or mould damage
- Areas that were not included in the quote
- Areas that were inaccessible, unsafe, or blocked during the clean
- Items requiring specialist treatment that were not quoted
- Build-up, marks, or damage that cannot be removed through standard cleaning
- Re-soiling or new mess created after our team has completed the service
Re-Clean Before Refund
If a genuine issue is raised within 48 hours, our first step is to offer a re-clean of the missed area where reasonable. Refunds are not provided where we have not been given the opportunity to inspect or correct the issue.
Access for Re-Clean
If a return visit is required, access to the property must be arranged within a reasonable time. If access cannot be provided, we may not be able to complete the re-clean.
